Our purpose at Aldersgate is to be and to make passionately devoted followers of Jesus Christ by loving God, loving others, and serving and sharing Jesus as the church with a warm heart.

Service Times
Aldersgate has three services each Sunday morning. Manna is a traditional service at 8:30am which ends with communion each Sunday. At 10:30am, you can either attend the traditional service in the Sanctuary or the contemporary service in the Fellowship Hall.

Music Ministry
The music programs at Aldersgate are conducted to help each participant deepen their devotion to Jesus even as we serve others through the ministry of music.
United Methodist Men
The UMM at Aldersgate primarily meets on Thursday mornings for pancake breakfast and Bible study.

Heart of Christ Ministry in Honduras
In response to God’s call in Zechariah 7:9-10, Heart of Christ Ministry in Honduras, founded by Reverend Lee and Gracie Murphree, has served the victims of violence in Honduras for over 12 years.

We organize ourselves around 3 things:
1. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
2. Community with other youth
3. Community with adults
Almost all of our events take place in the Disciple Center (known as “the DC”). This building is the house on the back of the church property.
Weekly Youth Happenings
Along with the usual Sunday activities, Aldersgate Youth have events on various days and times.
Confirmation
Our 6th & 7th graders participate in confirmation on Sundays, typically begins the spring.

Children and Families
Welcome to AUMC Kids!
At AUMC Kids, we learn bible stories. We serve together. We believe in the importance of community and intentional relationship with others. We provide opportunities for parents and children to grow their faith together. We sing, play music, laugh, and love one another.
All our volunteers are trained and screened in accordance with Aldersgate UMC’s Safe Sanctuaries policy, a copy of which is available by clicking here.

Sunday School
We offer age-appropriate Sunday School classes for Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade on Sunday mornings from 9:15 – 10:15. Our nursery is available every Sunday morning from 8:30 – 11:30 for children ages birth to 2 years old.
